Stacy Lewis started Zaxan Coffee Roasters in 2007 because it was so hard to find a good cup of coffee in the Bitterroot valley. Stacy has traveled the world in pursuit of the finest coffee beans to ensure the highest quality and consistency. She personally roasts all of our products to perfection. Today Zaxan Coffee Roasters is expanding from our original single location to two locations in the center of Hamilton. The 4th Street cafe will be a quiet setting where customers can enjoy our premium coffee drinks while using our Wi-Fi connection and in-store computers! Our roasting facility will be located at The Mill on Cherry Street. Guests will be able to enjoy Zaxan espresso drinks while watching Stacy roast through a big picture window.
